GSS Playbook Editor — PowerPoint (PPTX) Import

Use one play per slide, with a large rectangle behind the field. Both 5v5 and 6v6 work. For offense only, no title slides are needed; for a mixed book, put OFFENSE and DEFENSE title slides before their plays. See example slides and the upload checklist.

This makes printable PDFs, not editable plays. Keep your PowerPoint file to make changes later. Upload a .pptx file up to 50 MB.

Fewer plays per page means larger drawings. Choose offense and defense separately. Unused spaces stay blank; extra plays continue on another page. These choices do not change wristband sizes.

Printing wristbands? Fit and cutting tips

Print at 100% scale and laminate before cutting. Cut around each whole insert on the dashed guides, not around individual plays. Each insert is about 4.40 × 2.09 in and is designed to fit the WristCoaches adult three-panel holder’s 2 5/8 × 4 5/8 in window when the long edges align.
